Tiffany made herself available to communicate with. However, often times I found myself reaching out more than I’d like to find out updates. Also, there was a mis connect on prequalifying under salary when I am an hourly employee. Her professionalism was great and my conversations with her were clear and informative when I asked questions. I do think I have a bias because my loan process was particularly difficult.
